good communication and shipment was on time, they work with you and they do everything they said they would do

The overall quality is not really good. The power cable was already broken at arrival and I had to fix it myself. The quality of the cameras is really bad, it is blurry and the bitrate is really low what results in a low quality video. Also the format in which the video is recorder is not a standard what results in needing special software to view it. While recording for longer than 15minutes the whole system interface starts to shutter and then completely shuts off. The powercable connected to the battery of the motorcycle always draws electricity from the battery so it completely empties out a battery when not riding. Shipment was as expected and the representative was nice.
